SIX BUCKET TRUCKS ARRIVE ON ONE OF THE LARGEST TRANSPORT AIRCRAFTS IN THE WORLD
A crew of 25 arrives from the mainland. The crew back the bucket trucks out of the massive AH-124-100 Antonov plane.

Mayor JP San Nicolas says a main pipeline along a road to Carolinas Heights supplying water to San Jose Village had major damage. The pipe parts are not available on the island, so officials are working with EOC for recovery.
