MICHAEL ANTHONY JACKSON WAS SENTENCED TO SERVE A MAXIMUM OF 40 YEARS IN PRISON AFTER COURT RECORDS SAY JACKSON FORCED A TEENAGER INTO HIS CAR WHILE SHE WAS WALKING DOWN A STREET IN FINA SISU....RECORDS SAY HE THEN TOOK HER TO A FIELD NEAR THE AIRPORT WHERE HE SEXUALLY ASSAULTED HER. IN AN OPINION ISSUED DECEMBER 30TH...THE HIGH COURT DECIDED TO REMAND JACKSON'S CASE TO THE SUPERIOR COURT FOR A NEW TRIAL.

 

THE ADMINISTRATION AND FAMILY CONTINUE TO PREPARE FOR THE ARRIVAL OF THE LATE GOVERNOR ELOY SONGAO INOS AND THE FUNERAL ARRANGEMENTS THEREAFTER.
