GOVERNMENT SAYS MEDICAL SUPPLY COMPANY MAY NOT BE A VICTIM AFTER ALL

Court documents say the company told officials it had never received checks from the hospital, but the Government says statements from MMS officials and financial record do not match up.  The Government says the company deposited more than 40 checks totaling more than $600,000 between 2003 and 2009.
