THE LA FIESTA MALL PROPERTY COSTS THE C–N–M–I GOVERNMENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS TO LEASE EVERY YEAR...BUT ONE COMPANY HOPES TO ACQUIRE THE PROPERTY FOR DUTY FREE SHOPPING.

The La Fiesta Mall in San Roque closed in 2004 but Korean company,E-Land Group, is looking to acquire the property for duty free shopping.
