GOVERNOR ELOY INOS WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THE COMMONWEALTH UNTIL THE END OF DECEMBER AT THE EARLIEST

The administration says Governor Eloy Inos had open heart surgery this weekend.  KSPN learns there may have been complications during the surgery.  Acting Governor Ralph Torres says the surgery was successful, but "Governor Inos is still in the hospital and undergoing close-observation and intensive care".

JUDGE GOVENDO'S HOUSE BURGLARIZED, STOLEN FIREARM LATER FOUND

19-year-old Cling Gilbert Kaipat is being charged with theft, burglary, manufacturing, selling or possession of a firearm and dangerous device, identification card, prerequisite, and prima facie evidence of possession of carrying a firearm.

A source close to the matter speaking under condition of anonymity says working hours have been reduced from 30 hours a week to 20 hours a week in the time after Typhoon Soudelor hit Saipan on August 2.
