AN INTERNAL MEMO REVEALS A THREAT FROM A BOARD MEMBER AGAINST AN EMPLOYEE

The March 2015 memo was written by then Executive Director Alan Fletcher to then Board Chairman David Sablan and said that Eric San Nicolas told CUC's HR Manager that an applicant would not be hired and "if I had a gun, I'd shoot him, I am serious, I am not kidding".
